- [JERICHO, ROCKFORD](https://jde-concrete.com/portfolio/jer-rockford/): One of the larger foundations we poured in 2024, this house located in Rockford, MI used over 225 yards of concrete in the footing and wall. Multiple days were needed to complete this foundation due to its size and complexity. JDE Concrete Pumping provided their 38 meter pump truck to insure we had enough depth and reach to hit all areas of the footing and wall.

Each building was over 1,200 lineal feet of foundation wall and used 110 yards of concrete. Northern Michigan Concrete Pumping provided all pumping services for this project with a 39 meter boom pump.
- [Meadow Garden Estates, Cedar Springs ](https://jde-concrete.com/portfolio/meadow-garden-estates-cedar-springs/): Occasionally residential homes get started simultaneously in certain subdivisions; this requires us to do multiple things at a time, usually in two’s or three’s. However, we had the unique opportunity to do FIVE foundations at the same time in Meadow Garden Estates in Cedar Springs in March of 2024.
- [MONA FLATS, Norton Shores](https://jde-concrete.com/portfolio/mona-flats/): Mona Flats is a new apartment complex being constructed in between Grand Haven and Muskegon, MI, in the small town of Norton Shores. Before any concrete could be poured for the new buildings themselves, we had to construct the massive retaining wall, seen in the pictures below. Over 1,500 lineal feet of wall and almost 1,000 yards of concrete were needed to complete this retainer. Everything was set and poured in sections over the course of a few weeks. Several different pump trucks were needed due to the size and length of the wall. Over the course of the project, JDE Concrete Pumping supplied their 31, 32, 36, 38, 43 and 47 meter pump trucks.
- [14 MILE SHOP](https://jde-concrete.com/portfolio/14-mile-shop/): The shop at 14 Mile is a 24,000 square foot commercial use building that includes 10 bays, a loading dock and office space. 175 yards of concrete were used in the footing alone, and another 175 in the wall. JDE Concrete Pumping provided a mixture of 36 and 38 meter pump trucks to help place concrete.

Over 3,500 yards of concrete have been used in the footing and wall, and over 6,700 yards of concrete (and counting) have been used to complete the flatwork. JDE Concrete Pumping provided the 36 meter, 38 meter and conveyor for each job.
