Hudsonville Flats
Hudsonville Flats is a 7,000 square foot, three-story commercial mixed-use building in Downtown Hudsonville, MI, which is fifteen miles from Holland.
Construction began in March of 2024.
JDE Concrete was responsible for the completion of all concrete work, including footings, walls and flatwork. In total, we had 515 lineal feet of footing and wall, as well as 108 yards of concrete.
JDE Concrete Pumping utilized a 47 meter pump truck to ensure that all sections of the wall could be reached efficiently.

Copper Rock, Savannah Waterford Village
Comprised of 38 buildings, the Savannah Waterford Village apartment project is one of JDE Concrete’s largest multi-family projects to date. Over 3,500 yards of concrete have been used in the footing and wall, and over 6,700 yards of concrete (and counting) have been used to complete the flatwork. JDE Concrete Pumping provided the 36 meter, 38 meter and conveyor for each job.
