Meadow Garden Estates, Cedar Springs 

Occasionally residential homes get started simultaneously in certain subdivisions; this requires us to do multiple things at a time, usually in two’s or three’s. However, we had the unique opportunity to do FIVE foundations at the same time in Meadow Garden Estates in Cedar Springs in March of 2024.

This would not be possible without careful scheduling and planning between our footing and wall crews, as well as the crane operators and JDE Concrete Pumping. 900 lineal feet of footing and wall were poured between all 5 foundations, as well as 118 yards of concrete.
